At Preston Waldon, we don’t just help you adapt—we help you lead.
When you succeed, agriculture thrives, and that’s the legacy we’re proud to build.
I grew up on a family farm, so agriculture has always been a part of who I am. Those early mornings watching British farming in action taught me more than just hard work—they showed me the resilience and ingenuity in which this industry thrives.
Over the years, I’ve worked across agriculture, government, and industry, gaining an understanding of the forces shaping our world. But it’s the lessons from the farm that have remained at my core—the belief that the future of farming lies in understanding both its roots and the direction it’s heading. I founded Preston Waldon because I recognised that this industry needed more than just advisors. It needed someone who understood its heart and could navigate the complexities of policy, regulation and change.
This has given me a unique perspective: Agriculture is not just about what we grow, but how we grow, adapt and evolve. It’s about staying grounded while pushing forward. It’s about having the courage to face uncertainty, to challenge the status quo, and to embrace the future without losing sight of the past.
Leading Preston Waldon isn’t just about business for me—it’s about a purpose. A purpose to make sure that the heart of agriculture beats strong for generations to come. The future of agriculture is not something that happens to us. It’s something we shape, with every decision, every challenge, and every opportunity we choose to embrace.
